Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NexSpeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our application.

Content Ownership

All story content, audio recordings, translated chunks, and flashcard structures provided in NexSpeak are the property of NexSpeak or its content providers and are protected by international copyright laws.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate info. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use NexSpeak for any illegal purpose, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to scrape or extract our content library for use outside the application.
