What Happens to Your Data

Data deleted immediately

  • Your email address and name

  • Session history and usage data
  • Subscription status and customer record
  • All associated files stored on our systems

Data retained for legal reasons

  • Payment transaction records — retained for 6 years after the relevant financial year, as required by UK tax law (HMRC). These records contain transaction IDs and amounts; payment card data is held by Stripe and not by us.
